Our Mission
The Common Grounds quarterly newsletter is created to support Area 58, its districts, and individual AA members by keeping our fellowship connected and informed. Each issue offers updates on committee activities, helping members understand how trusted servants are carrying out the work of the Area.
We also highlight upcoming Area events, workshops, and service opportunities so groups and districts can stay engaged. Financial updates are included each quarter to promote transparency and support an informed, responsible fellowship.
The newsletter’s purpose is simple: to share information, strengthen unity, and celebrate service across Oregon AA.

Attention Area 58: We Want Your Stories!
The Newsletter Committee is looking for contributions to the Area 58 Newsletter! We want to share stories of how AA members in Area 58 are being of service to alcoholics. Our quarterly newsletter is a great resource for AA members new to service to learn all about getting involved at the group, district, or area level.
Do you want to share a recent service-related experience that might help others? Has your group recently grown as the result of a challenging situation? We would love to include your story in the next newsletter.
