Website Submissions & Updates

Events

To list an Area event such as a Corrections Workshop on the website calendar, send the event information and an electronic copy of the flyer (PDF preferred) to the Webservant . Check that the flyer has no anonymity issues and clearly shows the date, time, and location of the event, including the city or town.

District events such as workshops, picnics, campouts, etc. may be listed if they have interest beyond the sponsoring district.

We also list monthly district business meetings but we do not list regular A.A. meetings; instead, we link to the relevant district or intergroup web site to ensure access to the most up-to-date information.

If no district or intergroup web site is available, we will post a PDF copy of the district’s meeting schedule. In that case, it is the DCM’s responsibility to send new schedules to the Webservant as they are updated.

Committee Pages

To update the information on your committee page or if you have an idea about adding information that would help your committee carry out its mission, please email the Webservant at webservant@aa-oregon.org.
