About the General Service Representative (GSR)
As an elected General Service Representative (GSR), you represent the voice of your A.A. Group’s Conscience to the A.A. General Service Conference held in New York each April. Through your elected District Committee Member (DCM) and the Oregon Area Delegate, you are the link between your group and the world of A.A. as a whole. As such, GSRs all over the world have become the key to the unity of A.A.
Please take the time to review the GSO website and read the GSR Pamphlet from GSO to get the most current and detailed information. It is also recommended you get acquainted with the A.A. Service Manual.

GSR Schools
Introductory classes are held at each quarterly assembly and are particularly valuable to new GSRs; check the agenda for the exact time and place. Additional GSR schools are also held throughout the state.
GSR schools focus not only on the role of the General Service Representative, but give a useful overview of the entire A.A. service structure in the United States and Canada.
For more information please contact your DCM or the Area Alternate Delegate.
