Translation Committee

The Translation Committee coordinates and facilitates translation of documents such as the Delegate’s post-conference report, Oregon Area business meeting minutes, Area motions, Area assembly agendas, and other Area and district-related documents. Additionally, it organizes interpretation services to assist non-English-speaking AA members to understand discussion and participate at all levels of Area service. This includes Area assembly business meetings, GSR sharing sessions, district reports, standing committee and Area Officer workshops, among other sessions.

Translation Requests

Please submit other translation requests by email to translation@aa-oregon.org. Attach a Word or Excel document with the text you want translated, and indicate a preferred due date. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for fulfillment of all translation requests.

Documents that are not related to Area or district business may be translated at the discretion of the translation committee based on time available.
